FREE shipping on all orders over $175 within Canada*.
For all orders under $175, the following shipping fees apply:

Shipping times kick in when your order has left Brava’s headquarters. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

The prices of products displayed in the online store do not include taxes. The adequate tax rate will be applied to your order according to the province to which it will be shipped. You will be able to confirm this exact tax amount (if applicable) during the checkout process.

Please note that if your shipping address is outside of Canada, your order is subject to your country's local duties and taxes and that the customer is responsible for paying such fees. Please note that the customs process may delay your shipment.

Our online store accepts all major credit card payments through Shopify and Paypal.

Your order isn’t quite right and you’re looking to make a return or exchange? No sweat.

Policy for returning or exchanging merchandise:
• Must be within 15 days of purchase
• Product is in its original state and has not been worn, used or washed
• Tags are attached and product is in its original gift bag

Customer is responsible for shipping and duty charges to return or exchange merchandise. Return instructions are included with your shipment. A shipping method with tracking, insurance and signature upon delivery is strongly recommended. Brava is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be credited back the amount of the merchandise being returned based on your original method of payment within 7 days. For exchanges, shipping of the new item(s) back to you is on us (limited to 1 time).

We are here to ensure you are completely satisfied.


We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your BRAVA purchase. We place a very high importance on the quality of our products, all of which are designed to be durable and tested by our athletes and ambassadors. Defects are very rare, but nothing is perfect (1-3% of cases to be precise, which is the industry standard). As such, BRAVA offers a limited performance warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

If you believe a BRAVA product you purchased has a workmanship flaw or defect, please contact us with detailed information and pictures in order to help us assess the situation as best as possible. At our discretion, BRAVA will either repair or replace the apparel at no charge, for the original owner, for up to one year from the purchase date.


The following are NOT covered by our limited performance warranty:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Overuse;
• Improper care;
• Material pilling due to contact with rough surfaces (ex. Velcro, saddle
embroidery, race belt, backpacks, etc.)


If your BRAVA apparel is damaged following a crash send us a picture and if possible, we will try to repair it for you for a reasonable cost.
