Fried egg sandwich 2 -3 hours before and a couple yoga sun salutations before race start.

Tell us something fun about yourself!:
I eat a banana every single day and when I rode my bike 400k in one day, I ate 13 bananas. They're my favourite fruit and the perfect training food in my opinion!  

What 2019 races/events can we find you at?
Oliver Half Iron, Ride2Survive, Great White North Half Iron, Peach Classic, Edmonton ITU, Calgary 70.3 or Superleague Penticton (still deciding!). Cyclocross in fall 2019. 

Why Brava?
Canadian apparel that looks stellar and performs well is a priority for me. I'm proud to tell people the Brava is Canadian. The kits have a great fit and function!

Your favourite Brava product and why?
My bib shorts. The pockets are so handy, the chamois is my favourite and they just fit so well. My tri-suit is a close second. I have the puzzle kit and I get a TON of compliments on it. Bonus points because it fits super well and matches the neon on my bike.
